I don't think we should get rid of any Balkan countries but the EBU should make more effort to introduce more Western European countries. I think we can all see now why Spain and some of the other countries withdrew.
Is Belarus balkan or Eastern European ? I personally like the Macedonia and Romanian entries and think it would be a loss without these countries in JESC, but it was a big loss without Spain AND Croatia.

That is a good idea, but maybe with some adults and some kids in the jury, or maybe past participants, like they have in some national finals with jurys.

They should be allowed in of course, but something has to be done for the voting... I'm 99% sure that Belarus gave 7 points to Armenia after Belarus saw that they could win with one point.  I think everyone should give the points before seeing other countries' points.

it's televoting from each country and they just announce it. they can't do what you say. that would be cheating!

Are you sure every country has to give the points according to televoting? And even if it is, are you sure they were not cheating?

No no no, Mr Stockselius knows the result before us  . During the interval act all countries submit their votes to him. So, it was impossible for Belarus to know that, with 7 points to Armenia by them, they would win.
