Rules/RegelsWe started a tutorial section to help our members make the most out of their graphics program 
Here are some basic rules/general info on the tutorials:
* Tutorials will have either "PS" or "PSP" before the tutorial title. PS means photoshop, PSP means paint shop pro.
* Tutorials will be placed by either me or emma.
* If you wish to make a tutorial yourself,make the tutorial with infromation and screen captures and pm is to either me or emma. We'll decide whether or not it gets placed.
* If you submit a tutorial almost identical to a tutorial already online, then it will not be submitted into the list.
* Make the msot out of our tutorials, any problems just post
