Yeah, you can: http://www.junioreurovision.tv/addons/mediaplayer/video/arm.flv etc
But when I try to download/play it stops about 1/3 of the way through Does it work for you?

I can't download them at the moment I'm on a laptop so there going to take about 2 hours each to download.
I don't like what they've done to the Cyprus song, though I guess it is better for the competition and young children.

Katie Melua star act in Rotterdam!
Katie Melua (photo: Phil Guest) was born in Georgia in 1984. At the age of 15, she won a talent competition on British television. In 2003, she released her first single and album. This first album, Call Of The Search, became a number one hit in the United Kingdom and in the United States jazz charts.
Katie has been successful across the world and is currently one of the best selling female artists in Europe! |

For the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) teams up with UNICEF, to highlight the topic of children’s rights and freedom throughout the show.
The United Nations Children's Fund (or UNICEF) was created by the United Nations General Assembly in 1946, to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War II. In 1953, UNICEF became a permanent part of the United Nations System.
UNICEF is on the ground in 150 countries. They help children survive and thrive, from early childhood through adolescence. As the world's largest provider of vaccines for developing countries, UNICEF supports child health and nutrition, good water and sanitation, quality basic education for all boys and girls, and the protection of children from violence, exploitation, and AIDS. UNICEF is funded entirely by the voluntary contributions of individual people, companies, foundations and governments.
The EBU and the participating broadcasters will donate all their income from the show’s televoting to UNICEF. |

Woaah@! I'm TOTTTTTALLLY suprise!!!!!!!
At first; I thinks this year most of the songs were great. Just great. I saw this year organizaation was very good, better ithan in Romania and of course Presenters speaks better English . I love the graphic it was very colorfull but nice and the scene was big at last! I only do not wish to wear orange boots on movies before the show . I was so suprise and happy becouse my dreams was to hear all kids from JESC in one song. And idea with UNICEF is just beutyfull.
Georgia's act was nice I like it maybe not so much like other but clothes were very patriotic and dancers did well.
Belgium...well It doesn't cath me. Maybe lyrics are bautyfull but it's not a song for JESC. And preform as 2 poor Trust
Armenia-great idea with clothes!!! But vocal was much better in Armenian Elimination...but I like it really like it they deserve from 2nd place
Cyprus remind me @lek! but I think it was the best Cyprus representatnt
Portugal- I'm sorry but I'm getting borring very smilar to last year even the singer
Russia- why did she color her hair?! But act was good expectialy dancers, clothes orginal maybe I just don't like the song so much and that feeling is a plagiat
Romania-very live, very energy, cool clothes. But not enaugh music in music I would like to hear more singing than talking.10th place is ok i think they deserve a bit higher
Bulgaria-I don't like. And this sound in the beging of act haha did they forget they are on live?
Sebia- <3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3
Nethelands-ah well. I don' like. To much screaming.Sorry Nethelands
FYR Macedonia- great act, great song but as like Armenia they did better in selection in Macedonia. But I'm happy they finished 5th!Good job!One of my favorite
Ukraine-and this song remind a bit Verka Serdushka Orginal idea but when I saw her at first I tough-OMG what did she wear?! Like it
Sweden- Frida is pretty and she's very good singer. The act a bit borrign the clothes also but whatever good like all swedish representans
Malta-NO!!!Borring
Greece-the same...
Lithuania- good entry and first time for Lithuania
Belarus-hym I'm suprise. He really did well. From all Belarussian entries he would be after Volha and befoer Ksenia.
I would give 1st place to Armenia,Sebia or Macedonia but I think this year was one of the best JESC years
the end:P

These are the former official JESC sites of 2003, 2004 and 2005 (in Internet Archive, some links are broken, but anyway, that's something...)

Omg 2003 has way more stuff, interviews with the people and heaps!!
aww http://web.archive.org/web/200402...ision.tv/english/img/03_volha.jpg
2004 has info like - The dance floor was soon full of the Junior stars who danced with each other and sang along to their favourite pop songs. The four Polish girls from KWADro were in good spirits and encouraged France’s Thomas – normally a little shy when it comes to dancing – to join them on the dancefloor.
just random stuff.
