If you have the videos, they have her name in the filename! Kantele is a very traditional instrument from Finland:

Viola plays 5- and 10 string kantele, concert kantele, and also cello.

ok, maybe she is not young(18 years old) but, what do you guys think of Esmee Denters? She has become famous thanks to youtube, she was singing some songs and now she's a real singer.
