Croatia: HRT's penalty to finalize by February 9, EBU says
By February 9, EBU will decide the penalty which HRT will receive for the case of Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2006 broadcast. The broadcaster broke its obligation to air the show on national television and instead it aired it through its satellite division. Starting with proposals on the penalty on January 17, the final decision will be reached on February 9. The violation might lead to banning from the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest edition. In any case the penalty will have nothing to do with the senior Eurovision edition.

i don't understand them though? what's the point in entering when the croatian people can't vote?
Bad hour? come on, you can't show like jesc on Sunday morning from 8 am till 10 am...

it's all a bit strange... not nice i think. the head of tv pulled out so that they couldn't give HRT a penalty... but apparantly she couldn't wait to quit.

| They are desperat after more countries. What did they mean with SVT back to jesc? And Scandinavia did not pull out because of the time. MGP Nordic did start at 20.00 pm. |
