As we all know this year Junior Eurovision will be held in Romania.Today Russian State Teleradiocompany has informed that children aged from 8 to 15 are eligible to take part. According to the contest rules all entries should be written by the children themselves and performed in Russian language.
On the first stage of selection (March - April) regional castings will be done on the bases of the regional broadcasters. Selected entries (not more than 5 from each region) will be sent to Organizers before April 20th for the participation in the next stage. In April-May 2006 professional jury will select 20 entries and performers who will participate in preselection concert which will be in June. According to Russian State Teleradiocompany National Final will be broadcasted live on "Russia" TV channel. Televoting, SMS and online voting will select the winner of the selection, who will represent Russia at the contest in Romania. |
