Codigo FAMA Internacional was a contest were hispanic countries from America (Brazil and Spain too) participated with a song.
Each country did a preselection, for example here was "Codigo FAMA Perú", the winner kid went to Mexico for 2 weeks for the competition. and the winner of the international editon was going to have a main character in a mexican telenovela. Rolling Eyes

Llorar is a mexican song. I think they had to sing a Mexican song for the final
