I looked through all the polish people from 2003 but I couldn't find anyone similar looking

you don't recognize the pointgiver?
Here's a summary of where we are at the moment:
Greece/FYR Macedonia/Netherlands/Norway/UK - sure
Romania/Denmark - pretty sure
Belgium - not a finalist says Isabella
Cyprus/Belarus - they didn't have a final so no hope there
Latvia - doesn't look like he was a finalist
Spain - obviously not a finalist
Sweden - not a finalist of 2003 (2002 maybe????)
I have best hopes for these three:
Malta - i think i have this one
Croatia - will look again
Poland - don't really know
